Complete the form below to submit your session request. Note that this form is not a guaranteed scheduled booking, but rather a specific request. We’ll always do our best to stick with your preferred date and time, but please note we may ask you to alter your session slightly to best fit our team’s current schedule. We respond to the majority of requests within 24 hours (excluding weekends)!
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due within 48 hours of selecting session dates.
Payments can be made with a card via Square here or Zelle transfer to jeremybustin@gmail.com.
We respond to emails & requests Monday through Friday! If you submit a request over the weekend, please wait until
Monday for a response.
